Booking Process: To book an accommodation, the Guest must complete the online booking process by providing accurate and complete information. The reservation will be confirmed by email.

Payment: Payment is required in advance or according to the methods established during the booking. The Guest undertakes to provide valid payment details and to guarantee coverage of the amount due. Changes and cancellations: Booking changes can be requested up to [number] days before check-in, subject to availability. Cancellations are subject to a refund policy which may vary depending on the type of booking. Any cancellation costs will be specified at the time of booking.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: From 3pm.

Check-out time: By 11am.

Times may vary depending on the accommodation booked and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Late or early check-in: Available only upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Use of Accommodation: The accommodation booked is intended for temporary residential use only. Use for commercial or illegal activities is prohibited.

The Guest undertakes to respect all the house rules provided at the time of booking and present in the accommodation.

Number of guests: The number of guests must not exceed that indicated in the reservation.

Any additional guests must be approved in advance by HouseGlobal.

Pets: Pets are allowed only if expressly indicated in the accommodation description and by prior agreement.

Guest Responsibilities: The Guest undertakes to keep the accommodation in good condition. Any damage to the accommodation or its contents will be charged to the Guest. Any problems encountered must be reported to HouseGlobal immediately.
