Terms of Use

HouseGlobal's responsibilities: HouseGlobal undertakes to provide the Guest with accommodation in the conditions described at the time of booking.

However, the Company is not responsible for:

  • Any temporary interruptions of services (water, gas, electricity, etc.).
  • Any damage, loss or injury suffered by the Guest during the stay, except in the case of gross negligence on the part of the Company.
  • Unforeseeable or force majeure circumstances that could affect the stay (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

Cancellations and Refund

Policies Cancellations by the Guest: Cancellations must be communicated in writing and are subject to any penalties as indicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations by HouseGlobal: The Company reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative solution will be offered.
